Eco Bungalow with Private Pool & Mountain View B9

Suan Residence is the right place for nature-loving people who want to relax. The beach & city center are at waling distance (~7 minutes). Each bungalow is private so you can get quality time with the one you love. You will wake up with the birds singing and take your morning coffee surrounded by mountains and coconut trees. During the evening, you can watch stunning sunsets from your swimming pool. It is an eco-friendly project. We decided no to put AC but insulation instead to reduce the heat.

Quiet Hill-stay

You'll find this charming 36 sq mt wood house amidst a quiet, established community. Wake to the sounds of nature and enjoy the garden view with its mature trees and vegetation. Enjoy sunsets from your own private lookout. Ceiling fans only, but AC is not needed on the hill most of the year. A 20-minute walk down takes you to a quiet, non-touristy beach. The owners live in an adjacent property, but your privacy is assured. A car or motorbike is needed. Single women, couples or LGBTQ+s welcome.

Premium Studio Apartment (Guesthouse) • No Pool

Welcome to a peaceful designer studio tucked away in lush greenery, yet just minutes from beaches, cafes, and shops. Enjoy cool breezes on your private garden patio, watch favorite movie on 3 seat sofa, rest on a comfy queen-size bed in dedicated sleeping zone, and refresh in the modern bathroom with hot shower. Stay connected with lightning-fast Wi-Fi (1000/500 - Mbps), relax with A/C, and feel secure with gated access, CCTV, and insulated double walls. Please note: no pool access.

Unser Gästehaus ist ruhig gelegen in den Hills vor Nathon, der Hauptstadt von Koh Samui. Wir haben uns viel Mühe mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung gegeben. Das Haus verfügt über einen kombinierten Schlaf und Wohnbereich und einem wunderschönen Badezimmer. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Es liegt separiert auf unserem Grundstück, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ganz privat. Die Fahrtzeit zum Strand liegt bei etwa 10 Minuten.

Although this room does not offer a direct sea view, guests can still enjoy the outdoor areas with panoramic ocean and sunset views.
