The villa consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The large open plan design with full window front provides great sense of space and magical vista.

In this type of bungalow we can host 2 guest,bungalow built Chao Leh style with an European touch,there is 1 king bed,private bathroom,hot shower,wifi,2 fans,fridge,mosquito nets,balcony,cushion and hammock.The best low budget choise in Lipe!Our bungalows are only 100mt from Pattaya beach,we have a beach front restaurant where you can have breakfast,lunch and dinner,we serve local food(sea gypsies restaurant),fresh fish every day and we suggest you to try our Family and yellow Curry!

Big Breezy bungalows are slightly larger and have an extra single size day bed that can sleep an extra person. These bungalows are perfect as twin share, groups of three adults, families with small children (that can share single mattress), or if you would just like some extra space. Big Breezy Bungalows offer 40 square meters of living space compared to 32 square meters in our standard Breezy bungalows. Big Breezy bungalows have double doors opening out onto a little balcony.
