Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών.

Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

This traditional three-storey house of 150m2 is literally located on the sea at the historical old port of Chora, the capital of Andros, overlooking the picturesque chapel of Agia Thalassini, the spectacular Tourlitis Light House and the Venetian Castle of Kamara. The spacious terrace of the house offers unlimited sea view and unique sunrise views, directly exposed to the summer breeze and sea waves, giving the sensation that the guest is literally on the deck of a boat!

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Bay View Andros - Unit "Air"

The unit “Air” (Wind) is a stone building with thick walls and the low-height doors that served as the main residence of the family. The original features of the residence have been preserved with the built in bed and the traditional fireplace, while a modern kitchen and a bathroom have been added. The total size of the unit is 41m2. The unit has a yard with spectacular water views of Korthi Bay. It has an internal area of 41 m2.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
