This cozy getaway is a short walk from downtown & the waterfront, making it easy to plan your visit and not have to rely on a vehicle the whole trip. It is centrally located at the heart of Kodiak near the float plane basin & harbor and has hiking trails & night life near by. Guests can enjoy water/mountain views from the property and take a quick walk just down the road to eat at our local restaurants & bars. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This is the downstairs unit in a 2 story duplex located across the street from the ocean and offers amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mudroom and a peaceful atmosphere. Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.
