Art, antiques, original wooden floors, log burner, double glazing/curtains, modern hot shower, heated blankets, kitchenette, fast wifi, black out curtains. Outside has a covered patio, outdoor fire/furniture, fountain, native bush, farm, garden, beehives, friendly animals. Guests say WOW.

Spend the evening on the private patio with a wine or a coffee,enjoy the stunning views of the mighty Tasman sea and the majestic Southern Alps .Soak in the amazing sunsets and listen to the birdsong from the nearby trees. So handy to the Wilderness Trail, beach, local Hotel and restaurant.A quick 12 min drive to Greymouth and 20 mins to Hokitika

Cozy cottage, great location!

Our cozy cottage is located in the center of our village. You can walk to the pub or local store. The beach is a 15 minute walk straight down the road and there are bike paths to enjoy. Ross is either the beginning, or end of the bike path on the west coast. Depending on weather a dip in the river is also wonderful. We are located between Hokitika and on your way down the south coast to Franz Joseph. Enjoy our little lake and the lovely Chinese garden! We allow pets with approval

This newly built cottage has everything you need to self cater and have a good nights rest. Surrounded by hiking trails and lake walks there is plenty to do in the area. Complimentary Chip and Putt golf course also available. Free range eggs from the chickens next door are for sale. The perfect place to take a break as no wifi is available.

A private backyard overlooks neighbouring farmland and native birdlife, flaxes and pungas to the north. Enjoy sitting outside and watching the Tui's eating the flax seeds in season.
