Only a mere 3 minutes stroll to witness Sunset Point's stunning sunsets! Soak up the picturesque views of the Southern Alps, Mount Cook and the untamed Hokitika beach. The CBD is a short 2 minutes walk where you can immerse yourself in local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, craft galleries, copper, gold, glass and pounamu studios.

Cass cottage 2

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located in the serene small settlement of Cass in the Cass Caravan Park amongst the majestic Alps. This newly built cottage has everything you need to self cater and have a good nights rest. Surrounded by hiking trails and lake walks there is plenty to do in the area. Complimentary Chip and Putt golf course also available. Free range eggs from the chickens next door are for sale. The perfect place to take a break as no wifi is available.

Hokitika Haven

Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Darfield: Homebush School Cottage

Homebush Cottage is part of the 130 year old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route, 8kms from Darfield township and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The Cottage is super comfy and suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering continental breakfast including free range eggs from Brown Shavers !!!

The Nest at Hurunui Jacks (outdoor bath & firepit)

So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

The Nook

Brand new warm and cosy studio unit. Best views in town, looks down on the train station and Bealey river and looks up to Mt Rolleston, even from the bath. There is a small kitchenette which has a fridge, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan and large microwave, There is a BBQ for when weather is warmer. Second on the right up Brake Hill.

Fairhaven Farm House

Our sunny, clean, self contained house is set on a deer/beef farm with stunning views of the Southern Alps, a 5-10 minute drive to the Hokitika Gorge and 20 minutes to Lake Kaniere. It is the perfect location for exploring our little patch of paradise including the Wilderness Trail, Tree Top Walkway and local attractions.
