Το διαμέρισμα(30τ.μ)είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια και απέχει από την παραλία 10 μέτρα.Βρίσκεται σε 2ο όροφο οικοδομής και διαθέτει ασανσέρ.Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλες τις ηλεκτ.συσκευές (Ψυγείο,φούρνος,πλυντήριο ρούχων,εσπρέσσο μηχανή).Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο από την κουζίνα,διαθέτει όμορφο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα και μπορείτε εκεί να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.Διαθέτει ένα όμορφο λουξ μπάνιο.Επίσης υπάρχει ελεύθερο WIFI, ac και τηλεόραση.

With Olive, Citrus and Cypress trees in its surroundings the villa is an ideal nature escape only 7 mins (by car) from Samos International Airport and 10 mins from the picturesque and vibrant village of Pythagorio .
