An amazing spot for relaxed ,secluded vacation with a stunning beach just 250meters - 2 min from the house. Ideal for families! There is also one parking spot available for the guests!

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

In a modern built coastal town near Mount Athos, with an important historical and cultural heritage, called Ierissos, the seat of Aristoteles Municipality and one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Chalkidiki, we chose to build lovely high quality studios which will give our guests the opportunity to experience a holiday with luxury and coziness.
