A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

Ribarska House is private stand-alone accommodation, located on the beach in the centre of Komiža with unobstructed views of the sea and Bishevo island.
