A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Modern new kitchen and appliances , new powerful air conditioning (not portable) and ceiling fan whilst keeping with the traditional wooden beams and stone walls. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. Apartment provides a romantic sunset on the landing at the top of stairs - for you only, and free of charge ;)

Arco is small and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of picturesque town of Komiža. It’s tucked away behind Riva (Komiža’s main waterfront promenade) and you will find it by stepping through wrought iron gates into a shared courtyard. It is surrounded with authentic stone houses, so be ready to share its charm with other residents while respecting their way of living.

J&J apartmani - J1 Studio Apartment

J1 studio apartment (25m2) is equipped with a kitchen + dining area, bathroom with a shower and a double bed (for 2 people). The apartment is air-conditioned, has a wi-fi connection and a TV. There is a big terrace right in front of the apartment where our guests enjoy spending their summer evenings. The big terrace and garden are communal (shared with other apartments).

If you want to relax from the city noise, this is the perfect place for you .... The apartment is located immediately close to the beach, from the windows you can hear sound of the sea ... Vis is a place known for the beautiful beaches and clear sea. The apartment does not have a balcony .

Our charming and cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the ground floor of the one hundred years old house in the quiet street some 30 metres from the sea. Court yard with wooden chairs and table covered with wild grape tree is the real chill zone.

Apartman Riva 1

It is a stone house with apartments situated on the sea front, close to the beaches and the town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. We had a few complaints abt noise from outside, and we change all windows in house . It's okay now.
