Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 79 τ.μ., το οποίο απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθονται ηλεκτρικές συσκεύες (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, καφετιερα,βραστήρας , air condition,πλυντήριο) Η πρωτέυουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Το διαμέρισμα Vakis Apartments 2, βρίσκεται εκατό μέτρα έξω από το χωριό Ρωμανού, σε ωραία και ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Είναι διαμπερές διαμέρισμα ορόφου, διαθέτει βεράντα εμπρός και πίσω, ιδανική για τον πρωινό καφέ ή το ηλιοβασίλεμα, με θέα την εξοχή και τον κόλπο του Μούδρου. Not far from the beach, great for people who love water sports (many surf clubs at Keros beach) Calm neighbourhood, big yard with a small warehouse. There is a mini market 5 minutes walk from the house, two restaurants, a great place for brunch and coffee ("Sathiri") and a playground . It is an ideal home for families and working groups.

Απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind surf και kite surf. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με εσωτερική αυλή. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, καθώς και έναν καναπέ - κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία .
