Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

The cottage is family friendly and in close proximity to local attractions , shop and pub . Only a short drive to our local Rutherglen and King Valley Wine Regions or follow the sun country farmgate trail of food and produce.

Or, if you prefer, bring your boat, bathers, fishing rod or your binoculars to do some bird watching without leaving your swing seat on the verandah. A small Sandy Beach is only 0.33km walk through a natural riverside sanctuary. Mooring is available at the property and there's plenty of room to park your trailer/cars Check local River Levels when planning your trip. Boat Ramps are only one block each way.

We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.
