Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Perfect getaway! This private, new, detached cottage is nestled just steps from Kootenay Lake in lower Nelson. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, this tranquil space will meet your relaxing needs. Our pet friendly space is sure to please. We do allow DOGS for a fee of $60 for the stay. Sorry NO CATS. Please be sure to let Kadie know you are bringing a dog and to add it at the checkout. The kitchen includes an air fryer oven, induction stovetop, Keurig coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom features a brand new rock and tile rain shower. Only a 8 min walk to 6 mile beach, 12 km to downtown Nelson, 33 km to Whitewater Ski Resort and 36 km to Ainsworth Hot Springs.
