This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. These three acres of forested property allow you to enjoy the quiet seclusion of nature, but remain only a thirteen minute drive to Nelson, and eight minutes from the Whitewater turn off (closer than Nelson). Return from a long day of skiing to warm up in the wood fired cast iron tub by the river or enjoy the six person electric hot tub with lounger and watch the Salmo river flow by. Or dry off by the woodstove and watch a movie on the 4K 100” projector

Cabin in the woods Crawford Bay - dog friendly

Beautiful 3 bed, 1bath custom log home situated on Crawford Creek. Walking or biking distance to restaurants, shops and the golf course. About 2 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Crawford Bay. In winter, the Whitewater Ski hill is about 40 minute (+ scenic ferry ride) away. There is ample cross country skiing on the Kokanee Springs golf course and up Crawford Creek road as well as the spectacular Ainsworth Hot Springs just across the ferry(booking required). Fire pit available seasonally.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Lakeside Suite

Right on the lake this lovely 2 bedroom suite is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. A short bike ride in to town through beautiful lakeside park. A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. Welcome Eagle Cabin! If you've dreamed of living large in less than 300 square feet, you're in for a treat! Enjoy sounds from the nearby stream and beautiful scenery from the incredible moss. *Windstorms are common in spring and summer, and brief power outages can happen. It’s a great time to unplug and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature * While looking over the water through the trees atop a massive cliff, the nearest beach access is a 15-20 minute walk or 1-minute drive away.
