Updated light filled apartment in quiet residential street. Super convenient location to shops, cafe and parks. This unit is free standing, and is privately tucked away at the rear of our home. Public transport including tram, train and bus a short walk away. We are located just one train stop to Caulfiled Monash University, and a short bus ride to bus interchanges at Chadstone Shopping Centre and Oakleigh. Parking is freely available on the street with no time restrictions in place.

This is a 7 bedroom large double story villa. This is a beautiful environment, which is close to the famous a Brighton Beach, and a golf course. Very suitable for large families or a few friends to come to Melbourne for travel accommodation, we have accommodated Germany’s Youth Soccer Team, and New Zealand famous sailing team members.
