The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Our accomodation is not dog friedly and we accept only adult guests. On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Napfelkelte és naplemente élőben, minden nap az erkélyről és a teraszról. Felszerelt konyhában tudtok sütni, főzni, de választhatjátok a bográcsozást is a kertben. Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.
