Kuća je udaljena 20m od mora i ima rivu i plažu.Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od kampa Kosirina). Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V.
