Our property was build about 100 years ago during the Taisho period.（74㎡、800sq) It has been extensively renovated standards of comfort, luxury and safety, as such we are a Legal Vacation Rental, you may book with confidence. 100年ほど前に建てられた金澤町家を改修し、皆さまの2番目のご自宅をイメージして建てた町家になります。昼間の喧騒から離れた朝、夕の主計町、ひがし茶屋街、浅ノ川の散策は心が癒され、昔ながらの金沢が楽しめます。

As the room is located in the second floor, it gets much sunlight. In the Japanese style room, you can experience tatami mats and spend a relaxing time. There is a tourist information office in the third floor of the building so that we are able to provide the updated tourist and transportation information. When you have a spare time or you have any trouble and want to talk to someone, please feel free to come up to the third floor to see us!

PINO te COLO is opened on Aug 1st of 2019. Whole building is fully renovated, thus you can spend your precious time in clean & comfortable room. This room, COLO is right hand side towards the apartment building, and located on upper floor. There are no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage by yourself. The payment of the accommodation tax has not been confirmed yet. We will send tax invoice.(￥200 per person per night.)

ホストのYumiとXavierです。 私はこの家で生まれ、育ちました。 もともとは、金沢茶道家の所有であったものです。 母の代から受け継ぎ、2世代（およそ50年）ここに住んでおりました。 JR金沢駅から徒歩20分。 ロケーションは金沢市の中心部。 主要な観光地へ大変便利な場所にあります。 Omicho Market - 3min walk Kanazawa Castle Park - 3min walk Kenrokuen Garden - 10 min walk 金沢は文化都市です。 食文化、美術、工芸等、伝統的でセンスの高い様々な文化が息づく美しい都市。 季節ごとに色づくお庭を愛でながら、ごゆっくりご滞在ください。 金沢市の条例により ご到着の際 1人１泊　200円の 宿泊税の納税が必要となります。
