K dispozícii je veľká spálňa, obývačka s kuchyňou a kúpeľňa. Rannú kávu si môžete pokojne vychutnať aj na balkóne s výhľadom na zeleň. V byte sa pokojne vyspia 4 osoby pomocou rozkladacieho gauču v obývačke. K bytu je už od 15.5. 2023 vyhradené parkovacie miesto. Hostia môžu využiť vstup do Ria wellness s 15% zľavou.
