Loft apartment located only a few steps from the center with enclosed private parking. On the 54m2, you have at your disposal, on one side, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, dining area and a partially separate work area, on the other side, a cozy bedroom with a quality spring mattress and a stylish cosmetic corner. The bedroom is oriented to the inner block and quiet, although we are in the center. The well-lit bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower is separate from the toilet.

Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

Zabudnite na svoje starosti na tomto priestrannom a pokojnom mieste v moderne zariadenom apartmáne s plne vybavenou kuchyňou. Ak by ste však na varenie nemali chuť a čas, priamo v objekte sa nachádza vynikajúca reštaurácia. Taktiež krásna zahráda s detskými ihriskami. Parkovanie priamo v garáži obytného domu. Beautiful apartment in the city centre of Košice

A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.
