Signiture Minimalistic design two bedroom apartment based in Kosice Old Town - just a 3 minutes away from the main Train Station, next to the City Park with plenty of kids attractions, and about 6 minutes walk to the main City street Hlavná. There are plenty of renstaurants & bars within 7 minutes walk from the flat. Our guests can use fully high end equipt apartment with open plan kitchen-living room and the astonishing view of Košice centre from the 4th floor terrace. Enjoy.

Room has separate bathroom with toilet, separate entrance, russian, english and german speaking hosts. There is double bed in the upper part of the room. There are sofa bed, small table, desk with chair and wardrobe in the lower part of the room. There is kitchen corner next to the room with small refrigerator, cooker and basic equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Windows are opened to silent court. Check in and check out time is possible to adapt :-)

Our Rezidencia Apartments are an excellent choice for demanding guests, suitable for tourists, business travellers, and families. They are located in the city centre, making them ideal for visiting landmarks and local attractions. The area offers great transport access and full civic amenities. Some of our apartments include private parking, but this particular one unfortunately does not.
