While guests from the upper apartment pass through the shared lobby next to the kitchen to access their unit, privacy is ensured with curtains that can be drawn as needed. 1st fl, a living area that serves multiple purposes, a cozy space to relax, but also doubles as a practical working area. 2nd fl has a spacious bedroom that is your private oasis, complete with an attached bathroom for ultimate convenience and comfort.
