Paikka sijaitsee saaren eteläpäädyssä erittäin tilavalla tontilla, josta on upeat näkymät lähes kaikkiin ilmansuuntiin ja jopa Suursaareen asti! Täältä löytyy sekä lapsille että aikuisille sopivia uimapaikkoja sekä paikkoja rentoutumiseen niin sisällä kuin ulkona. Saareen on yksityinen venekuljetus, n 10min mantereelta. Nauti jääkauden silottamista kallioista ja meren tuomasta rauhasta!

"Kyllä maalla on mukavaa!" Maatalon pihapiirissä sijaitseva Villa Veikko käsittää tupakeittiön, neljä makuuhuonetta, wc:n sekä pesuhuoneen ja saunan. Villa Veikko sijaitsee Loviisan Ruotsinkylässä ja lähialueella on paljon nähtävää: Strömforsin ruukkialue, Arboretum Mustila, Svartholman merilinnoitus, Kukuljärven vaellusreitti ja Valkmusan kansallispuisto. Villa Veikosta voi tehdä päiväretkiä esim. Tykkimäelle, Verlaan, Kotkan kauniiseen saaristoon ja puistoihin tai vaikka Vellamoon.

Ruotsinpyhtään historiallinen ruukki - Strömfors Loviisa Idyllisen, rauhaa ja mennyttä aikaa huokuvan ruukin ytimessä v. 1806 olutpanimoksi ja viinanpolttimoksi rakennetussa, 1940-luvulla Alvar Aallon suunnitelmilla asuintaloksi muutetussa talossa kodikas yksiö viikonlopun, loman tai vaikka koko ihanan kesän viettoon.
