'The White Villa' offers 650 sqm living space on a 1 ha fenced property with ocean view, beach access, infinity pool, fitness, spa, four jacuzzis & much more. Its architecture blends modern design with local influences for an unique atmosphere. Thalkatuwa villa is located in madagama Madampe (north western province), it’s one hour drive from the airport, the villa is build in the colonial style architecture design Surrounded by coconut trees and paddy fields, We offer modern amenities hot/ cold water, laundry service, swimming pool, spa treatments, salon, yoga and meditation, horse riding, bicycle riding to explore the village, We offer complementary airport transfer to the villa in modern chafer driven vehicles, We are pet friendly

Rest Relax and Recharge @ kitesurfing paradise

We have a large property with three residences and a swimming pool and gazebo/gym. The property is right on the lagoon where there is great kitesurfing and we also run a small kayaking business. The Hut is fenced for privacy and there is Wifi throughout the property. Kappalady is a small village with a shop and a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach is the other side of the lagoon and is a short walk across. We have a cafe called Lagoonies and a kite school called Kite Buddies

Bungalow is situated within a large coconut estate adjacent to a lake with a large private swimming pool. This is a calm quite place with a large private area to walk and see the farming of cashew and mango in between coconut trees. You can see lot of bird species here . Enjoy cooking local meals with the local caretaker couple using vegetables and fish from nearby village. You can go on a trip to nearby village to see the local village life and to see ancient ruins in Panduwasnuwara.
