This lovely, fully renovated apartment is located in a big complex of residences in the heart of the tourist area of Paphos. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and all the restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holidays. Externally, in a gated area is a large communal swimming pool with sun-beds and shower, surrounded by a well kept garden. A communal on-site parking is also available for those arriving by car.

The village is located in the north of Paphos city, within 30-minute drive away from both Paphos International Airport and Polis Chrysochous/Latchi, combining both sea and mountain views, turning your stay into an unforgettable experience. Easy access to local services, two parking slots and within 2KM you can visit Minthis Hills, where you can spend your day stroll in nature or play golf.

This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new stone house rebuilds from its old glory, in the village of Kathikas. Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village. We can accommodate in total up to 14 guests. We love traditional houses, fully renovated with a modern touch, privacy and spotlessly clean!

Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
