The property is ideal for those that want to have a relaxing holiday. The house is a short distance from the main village of Ioulis, 10 minutes from the port (by car) and 15 minutes from various beaches (by car). The property has a swimming pool and a nice terrace where you can sit and relax, while enjoying a good meal from the BBQ. The house has ample room for up to to six guests, with two good sized bedrooms and a third open-plan bedroom overlooking the living room, two bathrooms and a w.c.

The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

This house is a stand alone villa house with outdoor area and you might see other guest from other villas The house is 150 meters from the Main Villa and next to another 1 bedroom studio.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
