Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Lake apartment Formenti - green view on marina

House is located in the beautiful river bay in Skradin with view across the ACI marina and it is close to the boat departure point for the Krka National park waterfalls. Big garden contains parking spots. Apartment has separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace is pleasant for a breakfast or morning coffee. Barbecue available. Common terrace is very attractive for relaxation. Nearest markets, restaurants, beaches distant just couple hundred meters. 23 stairs.

Trevor's review : " The central location and the stunning view is matched by the modern space that has been created. You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

Our Guest House is in the city center, area Veli Varoš - old part of the town. It is really close to all tourist attractions (parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, beaches... ).
