Kastro Villa is a renovated villa in the Old Town of Parikia, next to Agios Konstantinos old church. It is located on the west coast of Paros, just 300 meters from the port of Parikia, 300 meters from sandy beaches, next to many facilities (bakery, super market, banks, restaurants, cafes and bars) and 12 km from the local airport. The villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is fully equipped with A/C, TV-DVD, SATELLITE, REFRIGERATOR, KITCHEN, WASHING MACHINE, IRON SERVICE and FREE WI-FI while the breathtaking view of Aegean Sea and sunset view will compensate the most demanding. Kastro Villa has private balcony and terrace with sea view and sunset view. LOCATION/AREA Villa Kastro is at the centre of the famous Old Town of Parikia, in the heart of the central market. Staying in our Villa you will be next to local traditional restaurants with delicious food, many cafes, bars and clubs and you will enjoy every moment of your holidays. The super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks will covered your every day needs. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our villa. In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros. Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Is located in a quite area in the Heart of Paroikia Town, less than 20 minutes walking from the port and just 5 minutes from the main seafront of the town. Few meters away from the studio you can wander the streets of the old town. Bus stop is located a few meters away.
