Due to legislation, the place is also extremely quiet at night – scooters and cars are not allowed between 19:00-7:00 assuring that you will get unbothered rest.

It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. LIGHT -BLUE MAISONETTE is a three-level house with 3 bedrooms (a twin bed, two single beds, three single beds), 2 bathrooms, one plan kitchen-living room (sofa- bed). It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room around the fireplace. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom.
