Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες
