This Cycladic style traditional house is located in a panoramic position within a private complex of 3 houses, a studio and a big shared pool, perched uphill from Marcelo beach (1 km) and only 3 km away from the port of Parikia. This house is built on 3 levels and it is fully equipped. Sheets/towels are provided. Car or scooter is definetely necessary. Villa Haritomeni 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
