It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Krios Luxury Suites) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the noise. Here you will find your piece and calmness.

Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο, σύγχρονο, με νησιώτικη αρχιτεκτονική. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Κρωτήρι, ένα όμορφο και ήσυχο προάστιο της παροικιάς. Συνδυάζει μαγευτική θέα στον κόλπο της παραλίας Μαρτσέλο όπου μπορείτε να φτάσετε σε μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Επιπλέον, το σπίτι μας απέχει μολις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της παροικιάς με μεταφορικό μέσο ή με το καραβάκι από το μόλο της παραλίας Μαρτσέλο.

"Traditional studio in Parikia"

The studio is located in the center of Paroikia. It is ideal for couples and friends alike. The decoration is simple, with traditional touches. Outside there are stone tables and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. Still, the garden has olive trees that offer shade and relaxation. At 30 meters there is a super market. Within a 5-minute walk you will find yourself on the main beach of the island.

Το Infinity View βρίσκεται στο Κρωτήρι της Πάρου μόλις 10 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και την Παροικιά. Κοντά υπάρχουν οργανωμένες παραλίες αλλά και ελεύθερες μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια ή 5 λεπτά οδηγώντας . Η θέα που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα είναι μαγευτική και απεριόριστη! Το καλύτερο σημείο για να απολαύσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ! Σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια.
