This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Horse country stay near multiple trailheads

This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
