Das moderne, ruhige Apartment mit fantastischem Ausblick befindet sich in der Besten Lage der Stadt, der Bougainville Bay. Der Strand liegt direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Ein paar Schritte entfernt gibt es Strände mit Sonnenliegen, Beachclubs, einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Strand, Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants.
