We point out that our home is'nt suitable for baby, child, the elderly, or individuals with disabilities. We are particularly well-suited for cyclists.

Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. An inch away from the bus-stop to the airport and a 10 min walk from the port.

Plaja 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. 1 çift kişilik yatak, 2 tek kişilik yatak ve salonda 2 adet çekyat vardır. I speak English fluently

Salondaki L Koltukta da bir kişi çok rahat bir şekilde yatabilmektedir. Yürüyerek İğdeli Plajına ulaşabilir. Toplu ulaşım ile şehir merkezine dakikalar içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Otopark problemi yaşamazsınız. 200-300 m içinde lokal marketlere ulaşabilir, isteklerinizi kolayca karşılayabilirsiniz.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.

Yeşillikler içinde bahçe katı 1+1 dairemiz kendi binamızın alt katında yer almaktadır. Sakin ve huzurlu bir bölgede olup, Cunda köprüsüne araçla 7-8 dakikadır. Kite surf okullarına çok yakın konumda olup, merkez trafiği ve gürültüsünden etkilenmek istemeyenler için çok uygundur. Bakkal ve markete ulaşım kolaydır. Ayvalık Devlet Hastanesi'ne araçla 10-15 dakika mesafededir.
