Welcome to our home :) It is a brand new Scandinavian style apartment 48 m2 located in the historical building in the heart of Kuressaare. It is elegance, light-filled apartment with high ceilings and blond timber floors. It has private access and free parking. It is open-plan apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and common space. The flat is in peaceful area just 2 minute walk to the centre. Our place is suitable for couples and for families (with 2- 3 children).

Toredate seikluste otsijatele on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel kesklinn, Kuressaare loss, suurepärased maitseelamused, park, rand jpm. Väikelastega peredele on lustimiseks ümbruskonnas palju erinevaid mänguväljakuid. Korteris on olemas pisematele reisivoodi (soovi korral võib viia ka rõdule) ning põneva sisuga mänguasjakast.

My little happy place (sauna included)

This is a perfect place for great relaxation in the nature, surrounded with many great lakes and the sea. The closest lake and seaside is less than 1 km away from our place. About 3km from the place you can find a beautiful beach with the white sands and blue wavy sea. There is also the National Park of Vilsandi and a great sightseeing abandoned lighthouse of Kiipsaare. This place gives you plenty of freedom and fresh air. Even the nature itself comes here to have a vacation!

The apartment is located in the center of Kuressaare, but is still on a quiet and safe street and not directly by the street.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood. It has fully equipped kitchen, a large living-room with fireplace, bathroom, toilet and two balconies. The apartment is suitable for families with children. It’s located next to the golf course, surrounded by pine forrest with running tracks. Main SPA hotels are located within a walking distance.

The apartment house is situated next to park with great views to the castle. Restaurants, shops, beach, castle, park, tourist information centre are in short walking distance (max 700m). Parking area is on the left side of the house in the yard.
