The authentic fisherman‘s house has 50 m2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, TV, fireplace, kitchen. The maximum number of guests - 5. Family Villa house is perfect for carefree vacation by unique nature of the Curonian Spit. The therritory has green zone with outdoor lighting, cosy recreation area with a grill, kids playground and parking space. The Curonian Lagoon is only a few-minute walk away from „Family Villa“, the Baltic sea is 2,5 km away.

Quiet place for you or your family stay in Nida. Between the lagoon and the sea, surrounded by pine trees and the Dunes. The new apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a large balcony, so you can enjoy the sun in all seasons. Rooms have wooden floors. Bathroom with heated floors. Free parking all year round except on summer time. During summer we suggest to use public parking for 6Eur/day
