- Old town center studio - is in the center of Klaipėda old town. - First floor and has calm and quiet inner yard. - Suitable for couples, families (etc. 2 adults and 2 childrens), solo and friends (etc. 4 adults) . - Old town center studio - are about 5 minute walk distance from all famous squares, museums, Dane river, restaurants, cafes, nightlife. -Passenger ferry to Curonian Split, Delphinarium and bus stop to Nida is 5 minutes walk.

Just walk through the pines forest in 5 min and you are at the beach. The very center of Palanga is 20 min away on foot, playground for children is 5 min away on foot. The building is freshly built and all is brand new. Through your window you can see the pond. In the terrace/balcony you can enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and quick wifi.
