In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

Huoneisto sijaitsee keskustan ja Särkänniemen sekä Finlaysonin puistoalueen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Talon pihapiirissä on lasten leikkipaikka. Huoneiston hintaan kuuluu lisäksi autohallipaikka. Käytössä myös huoneistokohtainen sauna.
