Otoczony dużym ogrodem,na terenie znajduje się rzeczka, ekologiczny ogród warzywny, sad , miejsce na ognisko, grill, stara piwnica, altanki, boisko. Apartament z oddzielnym wejściem, tarasem, wygodny, słoneczny, z prywatną łazienką, prysznicem, zlewem , tv, szybkim Wi-Fi i małym aneksem kuchennym , bez zlewu kuchennego.

Łazienka z prysznicem. Na piętrze są dwa pokoje. W jednym jest łóżko dwuosobowe, w drugim dwa łóżka pojedyncze. Każdy pokój posiada klimatyzację, wieszaki na ubrania, komodę. Parking . Na terenie znajduje się sauna. Do dyspozycji jest też grill, meble tarasowe, leżaki. Cała działka jest ogrodzona.
