Welcome to our tranquil family retreat in Kythnos, a Cycladic island celebrated for its beauty just 1h30 from Athens. This spacious 100sqm triplex offers breathtaking sea views and a lush garden, making it ideal for 3-4 guests. Combining traditional Greek architecture, the house features an open-plan living space. Decorated in soothing whites & blues, the interior captures the island’s coastal essence, creating a relaxing ambiance with the sound of waves, located just 10' walk from the port.

Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Chora center Kythnos

A traditional house 67m2 in three floors, for a family with 3 children (actually 8 beds), with all facilities (i.e refrigerator, kitchen, two bathrooms) at the traditional Chora of Kythnos in the village center. Small balcony with great view. There is no free parking on site but there is free municipal parking 200 meters from the house. The house is a bit old and some devices may not be available. Compensation cannot be provided if the accommodation fails to meet your expectations.

Liotrivi Blue 2

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
