Este es tu apartamento: ascensor con entrada directa. Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles con vistas, dos baños completo y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar. El apartamento dispone de 3 balcones más. La seguridad El apartamento está equipado con caja de seguridad para guardar tus objetos de valor. Hay cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio, especialmente conocida por sus arroces, pescados y por sus variedad de bares. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out Si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 500 € por cambio de cerradura y copias de llaves. 🚭 No fumar Está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético Te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra Podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística El gobierno aplica una tasa de 10,45 € por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in La entrada es a partir de as 15hs. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, small groups or families, the light modern interior has a clean and comfortable style, while the little balcony is furnished for breakfast or drinks at sunset. The lounge area has a sofa, flatscreen TV, dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms. One has a 140x200cm bed and the other is 135x190cm. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom has a WC and shower. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, Bosch AEG washing machine dryer combo, ironing equipment. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price. The flat has a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies available. PLEASE NOTE: Fourth floor without elevator (4 levels of stairs), LATE Check-ins may have a surcharge, check with the Host. This is one of several apartments in the same building. The space is an independent and private apartment in a building with other residents. Guests have key access to the entrance of the building and their apartment. The building has a shared terrace, with access from 09:00 to 23:00, overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, elevator and washing machines and clothes dryer. Places of interest: Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, Parlament de Catalunya, Born district, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar Church, Gothic quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the beaches of Barcelona! Also has living room and two bedrooms. With balcony over port vell very bright. A room with two beds and one room with bunk beds. La Barceloneta is an old neighborhood with many restaurants and oescadores beach, is the fashionable area of Barcelona. - - - precioso apartamento en Barceloneta en el centro de barcelona al lado de la playa frente a Port Vell en una zona muy centrica cerca de ramblas barrio gotico y el borne. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
