Imagine waking up to see the sun rising over the Mediterranean and having breakfast on a balcony overlooking the sea, as you decide whether to spend the day on the beach or discovering what the city has to offer. This is your apartment: a lift with direct entry. Stylish, newly refurbished and featuring exclusive flooring and furniture, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day and has two double rooms with views, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped designer kitchen and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony offering views of the sea. There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. Bed sizes: Bedroom 1: Double bed 160cmx180cm Bedroom 2: Double bed 135cmx180cm. If you’re in a group, there are four more apartments for you in the very same building. We’re all ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment. So when are you coming? Our apartments have high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home. 🏠 Apartment rules Welcome to Barcelona! Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €500 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10,45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arriva after 5pm, let us know at least 24hs in advance and we'll coordinate with an agent to deliver you the keys. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Beautiful and elegant Mediterranean style house with wonderful sea views. Ideal to enjoy a few days at the beach and the proximity of Barcelona. If you come by car, it has a parking space (maximum height 1.80 m) and if not, there is a train station 100 meters away that connects with the center of Barcelona in 20 minutes.
