This is a studio apartment in the first luxury apartment complex in El Paredón. It comes with kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. The whole complex is built 3.5 meters above the beach for security and privacy. The second floor has a unique pool with swim up bar and BBQ area. The 4th floor offers a community sundeck for yoga, massage or private sunbathing. The 1st floor has a full AC gym, a billar room with a home theater and a parking area. There is also a covered sport court with lights.

Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.
