Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Récemment restaurée, elle offre un confort optimal et des équipements de qualité dans ses espaces intérieurs et extérieurs.

Welcome to our home, to our Provençal farmhouse in the middle of the hills, tastefully restored and which has kept its peasant soul. We welcome you with simplicity in our large house (150m²) facing south. You will find calm there. Only you will have access to the swimming pool which will recharge your batteries after days of visiting our beautiful region. 20 minutes from Uzés, 40 minutes from Avignon and Nîmes, you will discover the Cèze valley, the Ardèche valley and many other gems!

Mas du Mûrier à La Bruguière.

The 18th Century stone farmhouse is situated in a small rural village encircled by vineyards, paddocks, fields and woodlands, 14 ks from Uzès, between the Cevennes Mountains, the Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea. It has a small aromatic garden, a pool and an terrace with barbecue and a view over the garrigue and mountain peaks. It is has two storeys, the first with a large kitchen (all equiment) and sitting room (+ TV + wifi) and the second with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a study.

Tasteful cottage (48m2) with cachet inside a master house. Refurbished in 2018 by a well-known architect, it comprises a private terrace (30 m2), a living-room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom. Located 1 km away from Uzès, an ancient medieval city, the cottage is set on an estate of 6 hectares. Within this wonderful and calm environment, you will also be given the opportunity to spend some relaxing moments around the outside swimming pool and its pool-house.

La pièce principale dispose d'un canapé lit (140x200), la grande chambre d’un lit en 160x200. Tout le logement est climatisé et équipé. Les draps et une serviette par personne sont fournis. Nous habitons sur place. La piscine est partagée et accessible de 9h à 19h. Option : petit déjeuner 10€/personne et par jour
