This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. My place is close to The St. Lawrence River between Alexandria Bay, NY and Clayton, NY, family oriented activities, wineries, shopping, dining, golfing, a short drive to Canada. You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque.
