Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. It is a basement soace so ceilings are lower than average home.

December is filling up fast! Come visit our family's wonderful riverfront cottage, ready and waiting. A two bedroom 750 sqft house with 1 bathroom on just under an acre property. A special place to relax, do some fishing, grilling, and roasting marshmallows on the fire. Located in a secluded unincorporated Fox River neighborhood in Kane County just a half mile from Blackhawk waterfall via bike path. The subdivision is hidden between the Jon J. Duerr and Blackhawk forest preserves.

Experience luxury and historic charm at the Penthouse in the Historic Hobbs. Built in 1892, and restored in 2023, this new one bedroom corner unit offers a panoramic view of the Aurora skyline. Nature lovers will enjoy observing the Pond from the Main house at Pond View Acres - a renovated, ranch-style home on 15 acres in a country setting. With a scenic view of a pond, it is surrounded by forest preserve to the west and south. Just a quick drive to shopping. Beyond the pond are walking trails that may provide wildlife sightings, such as deer, coyote, fox. This small farm is home for four mini donkeys & chickens. A garden area separates the Main house and the Guesthouse.

Enjoy the ambience of the Sherwood House, an 1884 Victorian built for Judge David Sherwood. Use of entire first floor apartment including a full kitchen is perfect for longer term stays. Original features include multiple stained glass windows, beautiful wood work, multiple decorative fireplaces and hardwood floors. Located just blocks from downtown Elgin, walk to shops, restaurants, the casino, bike trail or Metra. WiFi and off street parking.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.

Cozy Lakeview Studio with Private Access

Enjoy luxury and comfort in this cozy lakefront studio with a private entrance, attached to a home where the friendly hosts reside.
