La "Ch'tite maison" est un appartement de 29m2 avec un coin salon/salle à manger, un coin nuit avec un lit en 140, une cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo/congélateur, plaques, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain....) et une salle d'eau. En extérieur, une petite terrasse privative avec barbecue, un abri à vélo. Climatisation réversible - Environnement calme et verdoyant dans un lotissement à la sortie de Céreste.
