This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Totalmente reformada, amueblada y decorada con encanto para el total confort de sus huéspedes. La vivienda situada en la planta baja ha sido totalmente reformada en el 2015 y cuenta con salón, comedor y cocina totalmente amueblada. El dormitorio principal cuenta con cama de matrimonio, baño con ducha y televisión. Casa Molinero acaba de ser reformada con mucho encanto y una cómoda distribución, y ofrece unas maravillosas vistas a la ciudad vieja de Vejer. La casa pertenece al casco histórico, está a 5 minutos andando del centro, y a la vez está situada junto a todos los servicios de la zona nueva. La casa consta de tres dormitorios, dos con cama de matrimonio y otro con tres camas (litera y cama individual). Consta de dos baños, uno de ellos en el dormitorio principal. Acceso a parking todo el año.
