Steps to shops and great restaurants, you won't even need your car. Window AC in the living room and portable AC in both bedrooms. There is $250 pet fee. There is one assigned parking space. Welcome to my lovely Bird Rock home, a perfect spot to unwind and experience all that La Jolla has to offer. You can stroll directly down Camino de la Costa to Windansea Beach or venture into Bird Rock for excellent dining, coffee, wine, and shopping! Extra charge of $150 per day for pool heating at 82 degrees , $200 per day for 88 degrees Please let us know in advance if you would like to include this in your reservation.
